The Cohort is a 10-month programme for 18–30s, designed to equip the next generation to share Jesus with confidence and authenticity across a variety of platforms. This is a space where encouragement is central, as we explore both character and communication. Together, we’ll dig deep into developing and sharpening your communication gift, learning how to unpack scripture and growing in how we prepare and deliver talks.

Your Questions, Answered

  • To apply for a place on The Cohort, simply fill out the application form below and upload a short video of you speaking. We will then contact you within two weeks to let you know if you have been shortlisted. 

  • The Cohort costs £495, which includes mentoring, teaching, and all course resources, as well as food, refreshments, and accommodation for the retreat. We never want finances to be a barrier, so payment plans are available. If you’re offered a place on the Cohort, a £45 deposit will be required to secure your spot.

  • The first year of The Cohort will begin in September 2026 and run until June 2027.

  • No! You can stay exactly where you are, think of this as an add-on to your current life. Whether you’re on a gap year, studying, working, or a stay-at-home parent, we’ve designed this programme to be as accessible and flexible as possible.

  • No! If you have a heart to share Jesus and a desire to learn and grow alongside like-minded people, we encourage you to apply. Whether you preach regularly or have never spoken in front of a room before, we want to create space for people at every stage and ability.
